Hosted by the AWARE-AI Program, the Fall Mentor Café welcomes AWARE-AI Trainees and other RIT graduate students. Participating students will have the opportunity to interact with postdocs and early career researchers in a fun and interactive format.

Looking for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core is a powerful, total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This cardio and strength focused workout involves alternating between brief, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will incorporate moves that target the upper body, lower body and core to work on strength, endurance and stability. All fitness levels are welcome to join!
